Each test allows the designer to showcase their skills, specializations, and communication skills to ensure the designer is well-rounded.

If the designer passes our strict set of tests, they are considered the best of the best.

Regarding what these tests look like, each test has a set of criteria that must meet Penji's core philosophies and values. Although you may think that quality of work is most important, it's not. We want to ensure that when you work with a designer, they are not only of quality but also a genuinely good human.
