Once a design has been delivered you will see a blue Download button.

This will open a drop-down menu with the following options: "Download preview" and "Download source files"

The "Download Preview" will provide you with the mockup design of the project that you see in the chat option. And, the "Download source files"  will provide you with all assets used to create the project including the final project and the appropriate Adobe file.
