Description

Use the Current Status and Activity filters to understand both a listing's present market status and how it has changed over time. These filters help agents identify listings based on their current state or specific status changes within a defined time period.

What Are Current Status and Activity?

The Property Status filter contains two sections that help you analyze listing behavior:

  • Current Status shows the listing's present status in the market.

  • Activity shows historical changes that have occurred on the listing.

Using these filters together allows you to identify listings based on what they are now and what has recently happened to them.

For example, you might search for Active listings that recently had a price drop.
