Listing Activity
The Listing Activity panel shows a listing’s current status along with all previous status changes. This helps agents understand market history, contract activity, and changes over time, and can be narrowed using specific dates or time windows to focus on what matters most.
Steps to Viewing Listing Activity
Select your filters on the Search page
Open the Property Status filter section
Select the statuses you want to view (for example: Active, Pending, Closed)
In the Listing Activity section (located at the bottom of the Property Status filter), set a Date Range or trailing window to focus on the most relevant time period.
Click confirm
Useful Filter Combinations
Different status combinations can answer different market questions.
To find active listings that recently had price drops:
Set Current Status to Active
Set Listing Activity to Price Drop
💡 Combine Current Status with Listing Activity and Date Range for even tighter targeting (for example, price drops within the last 30 days)
Things to Know:
Current Status shows the most recent update to the listing (e.g. Active, Pending, Closed)
Listing Activity shows historical status changes and allows you to filter based on specific time frames for easier analysis.
Date Ranges allow filtering by specific dates or trailing periods
Saved Searches: Create saved searches for price drops, price increases, or contract status changes to stay updated
