Creating a Template Search
Template searches start from the Search page. Agents configure filters, map tools, and display settings once, and those settings are automatically applied when creating future searches.
Click Search in the navigation bar
Customize your Map and Listing display settings
Adjust your column order and apply any default filters (Learn more about Customizing the Search Page here).
Click Save Changes
Name your search (we recommend including the word Template for easier identification)
Open the Saved Search dropdown and locate your search
On the far right, click the Template icon to set it as your active template
💡 Instead of rebuilding criteria for every client, create a template search with your preferred filters and display settings so you can stay fast, consistent, and organized.
