Looking to tour listings? Use Perchwell’s Open House filter to quickly find properties with upcoming Open Houses. Set your date range, narrow your results, and start planning your day.
Searching for Open Houses from the Filters Menu
Use the Filters menu to add the Open House filter and narrow results by a specific date range.
Navigate to the Search page
Click Filters
At the bottom of the Filters menu, click Add more filters
In the filter search bar, type Open House
Check Open House to add it to your filters
Click Apply in the bottom right
Scroll within the Filters menu to the Open House section
Set your date range and apply any additional filters as needed
💡 Use the date range to focus on Open Houses happening today, this weekend, or within a specific tour window.
Adding Open House as a Column on the Results Page
Use the Open House column to filter listings by date directly on the results page.
From the Search results page, click the + icon at the top right of the columns
In the filters search bar, type Open House
Check Open House to add it as a column
Click Apply in the bottom right
On the far right of the results page, locate the Open House column and enter your date range
Things to Know
You can use either the Filters menu or the + icon to add the Open House filter; both control the same Open House criteria.
Open House filtering works alongside other filters such as price, location, beds, and baths
To promote your own Open Houses, tag those listings and use the shareable tag link for social channels or client groups.
