Accepting Your Agent’s Perchwell Invitation

Accept your Perchwell invitation to begin viewing listings and collaborating with your agent. Once your account is activated, you can review properties, message your agent, and stay organized during your home search.

What Is Perchwell?

Perchwell is the platform your agent uses to share listings, organize your home search, and communicate with you in one place. After accepting your invitation, you’ll be able to:

  • View listings your agent shares with you.

  • Save and organize properties you like.

  • Message your agent directly.

  • Track updates to listings during your search.


Before You Begin

Make sure you have:

  • Access to your email inbox

  • A desktop or mobile web browser to create your password

  • Your mobile device if you plan to download the Perchwell app after setup

💡 If you don’t see the invitation email, check your Promotions, Spam, or Junk folders.


Step 1: Open the Invitation Email

Look for an email from Perchwell with the subject line:

“You’ve been invited to join Perchwell.”

Open the email to begin setting up your account.


Step 2: Click “Accept Invitation”

Click the Accept Invitation button in the email.

⚠️ Important: You must complete this step in a web browser.


Step 3: Create Your Password

You will be prompted to create a secure password for your account.

Once your password is set, your Perchwell account will be activated.


Step 4: Log In and Get Started

After activating your account, you can:

  • Log in on your desktop browser

  • Download the Perchwell mobile app

  • Begin viewing listings shared by your agent

  • Message your agent directly from the platform


Tips

  • If you cannot find the invitation email, ask your agent to resend the invitation.

  • If you already created your account but cannot log in, use the Forgot Password option on the login page.

  • You can access Perchwell from both desktop and mobile devices.
