What Are Messages?
Messages is where you and your agent communicate inside Perchwell. It keeps your listing conversations, questions, and feedback organized in one place.
Every conversation stays connected to the properties you’re discussing, so nothing gets lost.
Step 1: Navigating to Messages
Access your conversations anytime from your account.
Click Messages in the top navigation bar.
Hover over to the left to access your conversation panel.
Select your conversation with your agent.
Type a message or respond directly within a listing thread.
Step 2: Chat with Your Agent
Inside Messages, you can:
Discuss listings your agent has shared.
Ask questions about a specific property.
Share thoughts about next steps.
Continue conversations directly from shared listings.
This keeps everything clear and easy to follow throughout your search.
Step 3: React to Listings
You can quickly share feedback using reactions:
Like — A strong match
Maybe — Worth discussing
Reject — Not a fit
