Inside Perchwell Messages, you can:
Chat with your agent 1:1 about any listings or next steps
Share thoughts, questions, or updates on your home search
Leave reactions (❤️ ❌) to let your agent know what you like or don’t
Continue the conversation directly from any listing
📱 How to Access Your Messages
On the Mobile App:
Tap the Messages icon in the bottom menu.
Select your conversation with your agent.
Type a message, send reactions, or click into listings to discuss them in detail.
On Desktop:
Click the Messages tab from the top navigation.
Open your chat thread with your agent.
Reply with comments, questions, or quick reactions on shared properties.
🔄 React to Listings with a Tap
Let your agent know your thoughts instantly with emoji reactions:
❤️= “This looks promising”
❌ = “Not a fit for me”
❓ = “I have questions about this one”
These quick reactions help your agent fine-tune future recommendations, without needing to type a long message every time.
