✅ What You’ll Need Before You Begin:
Access to your email inbox (check promotions or spam folders if needed)
A desktop browser or mobile browser (you’ll need this to set your password—more below)
Your mobile device if you'd like to start using the app right away after setup
🔐 How to Accept the Invitation
Open the Invitation Email
Look for a message from Perchwell with the subject line:
"You’ve been invited to join Perchwell"
Click “Accept Invitation”
Important: This step must be completed on a desktop browser or mobile web browser. You won’t be able to set your password in the Perchwell app.
Create Your Password
You’ll be prompted to set a secure password for your Perchwell account.
Log In to Perchwell
Once your password is set, you can:
Log in on your desktop to start exploring right away
Download and log into the Perchwell mobile app to search and message on the go

Didn’t receive the invite?.
Ask your agent to resend it or check your spam/junk folders.
Clicked the invite from the mobile app?
You’ll need to reopen it in a browser to create your password.
Already created your account but can’t log in?
