Why Share Listings?

Sharing listings with your agent allows you to:

  • Let them know which homes stand out to you

  • Ask questions or request a showing

  • Keep your home search collaborative and focused


🔎 Option 1: Share Listings from the Search Page

Use this when you want to share multiple listings at once:

  1. Go to the Search tab and view your saved search.

  2. Click the checkboxes next to the listings you want to share.

  3. Click the Share button in the toolbar.

  4. Choose your agent from your contact list.

  5. Add a quick message or note.

  6. Share: your agent will be instantly notified.

💡 Best for sharing several options at once from your search results.

🏡 Option 2: Share from an Individual Listing Page

If you find one specific home you want to highlight or discuss:

  1. Open the listing page.

  2. Use the Share button in the action menu.

  3. Select your agent and include a message if you’d like.

  4. Send!

💡This is great for quick feedback like “This looks perfect!” or “Could we tour this one soon?


Pro Tips for Better Collaboration

  • Add a note to your shared listings so your agent knows what you liked (“Love the kitchen” or “Seems like a great location”).

  • Not ready to share yet? Use Tags privately to stay organized until you're ready to discuss.

  • Your agent can react or reply directly to your shared listings—so you’ll always be in sync.
