Why Share Listings?
Sharing listings with your agent allows you to:
Let them know which homes stand out to you.
Ask questions or request a showing.
Keep your home search collaborative and focused.
Sharing Listings from Search
You can share one or multiple listings from the Search page using either Email or Messages.
Option 1: Share via Email
Use this option if you primarily communicate with your agent by email.
Go to Search.
Select the checkboxes next to the listings you want to share.
Click Share in the toolbar.
Select your agent or enter additional email addresses.
Add a message or update the subject line if needed.
Click Email.
Your agent will be notified immediately.
💡 Best for sending several options at once
Option 2: Share via Messages
Use this option to send listings directly into your conversation thread.
Go to Search.
Select the listings you want to share.
Click Share via Messages.
Choose your agent.
Click Share.
Add a message.
Click Send.
The listings will appear in your Messages conversation.
💡 If this is your first time sharing, review any confirmation prompts before continuing.
Sharing a Listing from the Listing Detail Page
You can also share a listing while viewing its details.
Click on a listing to navigate to open the Listing Detail Page.
Hover over the right side of the page to open the action panel.
Click Share Listing.
Choose how you want to share:
Send via Messages
Send via Email
Send via Messages
Click Send via Messages.
Select the notepad icon to start a new conversation.
Choose your agent.
Click Start Conversation.
Add a message if desired.
Click Send.
Send via Email
Click Send via Email.
Select your agent or enter additional email addresses.
Add a message or update the subject line if needed.
Click Email.
