Share Listings with Your Agent

In this article, you will learn how to share listings with your agent from Search or a Listing Detail Page, and send the listing by Email or Messages.

Share listings to keep your home search organized and give your agent clear direction.

Share listings from Search

Share one listing or multiple listings from Search.


Send by Email

Send listings by email when you want to include a longer message or send options in one batch.

Steps:

  1. Open the Search page

  2. Switch to the results view by clicking Search

  3. Select the checkboxes next to the listings you want to share

  4. Click Actions

  5. Choose Share via Email

  6. Select your agent or enter additional email addresses

  7. Update the subject line and message

  8. Click Email


Send by Messages

Send listings in Messages when you want the listing to appear in your conversation thread.

Steps:

  1. Open Search page

  2. Switch to the results view by clicking Search

  3. Select the checkboxes next to the listings you want to share

  4. Click Actions

  5. Choose Share via Messages

  6. Click your agent

  7. Click Share

  8. Type your message

  9. Click Send


Share listings from the Listing Detail Page

Share a listing while you are viewing the property.

Steps:

  1. Open a listing to view the Listing Detail Page

  2. Click Share

  3. Select how you want to share

    • Send via Email

    • Send via Messages


Send by Email

Steps:

  1. Select Send via Email

  2. Select your agent or enter additional email addresses

  3. Update the subject line and message

  4. Click Email


Send by Messages

Steps:

  1. Select Send via Messages

  2. Click the notepad icon

  3. Select your agent

  4. Click Start Conversation

  5. Type your message

  6. Click Send
