Select Multiple Listings
You can select one or more listings directly from the Search page to unlock multi-listing actions.
Steps
From Search, click the checkbox next to a listing
Select additional checkboxes to include all listings you want to manage
💡 To select all results at once, click Select all in the bottom action panel.
Action Panel
Once listings are selected, the action panel appears at the bottom of the screen. It gives you quick access to tools for managing multiple listings at once.
Available Actions
Create reports: Add listings to a CMA, Listing Report, or other available reporting tools
Share via Messages: Send listings instantly to clients you have invited to Perchwell. Listings appear in Messages for both you and your client
Share: Send multiple listings by email or generate one public link to share externally
Contact listing agent: Reach out to listing agents to coordinate tours or showings
Tag selected: Organize listings by assigning them to one or more tags
Transfer listings: Assign listings to a different brokerage or agent. Availability depends on MLS rules
Schedule showing: Schedule a showing through ShowingTime when supported by your MLS
View listings: Open selected listings in a single carousel view to review multiple properties at once
Things to Know
To avoid opening multiple Listing Detail Pages, use View listings to browse selected properties in one carousel
If Listing Presentations is available in your MLS, you can add listings directly from Search using Add to Listing Presentations
To keep searches organized, hide listings by selecting Hide selected
