If you’re not seeing your workout marked as completed in the Progress tab of the app, this article will guide you through the steps to understand and resolve the issue.
Here’s how to ensure your progress is recorded correctly.
1. Where Should You See Your Completed Workout?
Your completed workout can be viewed in three key places:
All Data: Located in Settings > All data, this shows all your training data since the first time you used your Perifit Care(+)
Workout Counter: Located in the Progress tab > My Training, this shows the number of workouts you’ve completed during the current week.
Calendar View: Positioned a bit lower in the Progress tab, displaying your daily workout status.
Reset Times and What They Mean:
Today's Workout Reset: Every day at 2:00 AM your local time, your Today's Workout will reset. If you've started and completed your workout before 2:00 AM, it will be recorded as completed for the previous day. After 2:00 AM, a new Today's Workout will be available to start.
Weekly Reset in the Workout Counter: The Workout Counter in the Progress tab under My Training resets every week, starting at 2:01 AM on Monday and ending at 2:00 AM the following Monday. This counter simply tracks the total number of workouts completed during the week, not the specific days. For example:
If you start a workout at 1:59 AM on Tuesday, it will count as a completed workout for Monday, even though it was completed on Tuesday.
If you train at 1:15 AM on the night from Sunday to Monday, it will be counted as a workout for Sunday. When you check your app later on Monday, your Workout Counter will show 0 workouts completed this week until you complete your next workout.
2. What Marks a Workout as Completed?
A workout is marked as completed in two ways:
All exercise cards in Today's Workout (in the Today tab) have been marked as completed, and the Today tab displays a message saying, “Today’s Workout is done”. If you still see exercise cards marked as not completed, your workout will not appear as completed in the Progress tab.
2. You have completed as many games and exercises as included in Today's Workout, if you chose to pick your games from the Exercises tab.
3. What to Do If an Exercise Card Is Not Completed?
Complete it
To skip an exercise card: Tap on the exercise card and select “Remove.” This will allow you to move forward and mark the workout as complete.
