Workout Counter

The workout counter counts the number of workouts completed this week.

A week is from Monday 00:00 to Sunday 23:59

A workout is considered completed once all exercise cards of Today's Workout have been marked as completed.

You will see the Today tab turn into one single message "Today's Workout is done".

You will see the days on which you completed Today's Workout in:

  • The upper part of the Today tab

  • The workout counter in the Progress tab

  • The calendar in the Progress tab

Workout Timer

This clock starts as soon as you start completing any exercise of the app. It helps you visualise the time spend exercising today, even before you complete Today's Workout.
