While playing Perifit games, you may notice a number in the top-left corner of the screen, along with a fraction displayed next to it.
These numbers help you track your progress and show how close you are to reaching the next level.
The Number In the Top Left Corner: Your Current Level
The number displayed in the top-left corner indicates your current level.
The Perifit Care app currently offers 30 levels in total.
As you progress and successfully collect perfect contractions, you'll gradually unlock higher levels, making the exercises more challenging and helping you continue improving over time.
The Fraction: Your Progress Toward the Next Level
Next to your level, you'll see a fraction such as: 12 / 300
This fraction represents:
Perfect contractions accumulated at your current level / Perfect contractions required to reach the next level
The first number increases each time you perform a perfect contraction during the game.
Once you reach the required number of perfect contractions shown by the number on the right, you'll advance to the next level.
What Is a Perfect Contraction?
A perfect contraction reflects your ability to successfully follow the game's contraction pattern.
To achieve a perfect contraction, you need to:
follow the requested contraction and relaxation pattern correctly
reach or catch all targets within that pattern
