Why Isn’t My Progress Resetting After 600 Perfect Contractions?

Understanding what happens when you reach the final level

Updated this week

If you’ve reached 600/600 perfect contractions but your progress keeps increasing instead of resetting, you might actually have completed the full training program.

What’s Happening?

In the Perifit Care app, reaching 600 perfect contractions usually means you’re ready to move on to the next level.

However, if your counter continues to go beyond 600 (for example 700 or 800) and doesn’t reset, it’s likely because you’ve reached Level 30, which is currently the final level of the program.

Once you’ve completed the last level, there are no further levels to unlock, so your perfect contractions will simply continue to accumulate.

How to Check Your Level

You can confirm which level you’re on in two ways:

In a game: look at the number displayed in the top-left corner of your screen
In the app settings: go to Settings > My Program > “You are here” > Open

What to Do Next

If you’ve completed Level 30, congratulations. You’ve finished the full training program.

From here, you can continue training to maintain and improve your strength, or explore other ways to keep your sessions engaging.
