A vaginal ring is inserted into the vagina around the cervix. We recommend you take it out to let your vagina walls come fully in contact with your Perifit Care. This will also help prevent the Perifit Care from sliding out.

However, it is totally up to you and how you feel. If it is too complicated to take out and it doesn't create discomfort or inaccurate pressure readings, you can keep it.
