In this section, you will find 5 games, each focused on one specific dimension of your pelvic floor:
Picasso to train your contraction quality
Pong Challenge to work on your control and break the routine with an all-time classic
Moving Out to work on your strength
Flipper Beach to work on your speed
Vortex to work on endurance
💡Unlike other games, Pong doesn't follow the usual contraction patterns of your program (making you squeeze for a certain amount of time, then have a long rest between 2 contractions, etc.).
Instead, they train your reactivity. For instance, you'll need to quickly squeeze to go the top, or go all the way down in a second!
None of your personal info is shared with or visible to other users in Pong. Your name will not appear - the names we display are names that we allocate randomly in order to protect the privacy of our users.
