You should play standing up
By default, your skier is skiing and moving forward.
Squeeze your pelvic floor to jump over fences.
Relax your pelvic floor after you've jumped over the fence.
Move your hips to the right or left to change lanes and dodge obstacles.
Hints
Contract your pelvic floor right before the fences, it's short and quick contraction patterns
Always move your hips back to the initial central position after moving them left or right
Score
Collecting an item is + 1 point
Jumping over a fence is + 3 points
Hitting an obstacle is - 1 point
