My Perifit Care(+) probe is damaged

If your Perifit Care(+) probe got damaged, don’t panic, we’re here to help:

  • Contact our support team via the ? button of the app and attach photos of the damage. Our team will take it from there and assist you.

  • While we understand accidents happen, please note that we do not offer replacements for probes damaged by pets or children. We advise keeping your Perifit Care(+) probe out of reach to prevent such incidents.
