Here's what you can do:

  1. Act Swiftly: Time is of the essence. We operate within a tight window for order adjustments. Typically, our shipping lead time is around 1 business day. The sooner you reach out to us, the better chance we have of making the necessary changes. Once your order has been assigned a tracking number, it becomes challenging for us to modify or cancel it, even if it hasn't left our warehouse yet.

  2. Get in Touch: Contact us promptly via email at support@perifit.co or through the "?" button of the Perifit app. Including your order number will expedite the process and help us assist you more efficiently.

  3. Provide Details: Clearly state what changes you need and why, if applicable. If it's a shipping address error, ensure you provide the correct address in full. Whether you want to swap the product, adjust sizing or color, or cancel altogether, let us know your preferences.

Our team is dedicated to resolving your request as quickly as possible. However, please understand that there may be instances where we can't intervene in time. In such cases, rest assured that we can arrange a return for a refund or exchange once you've received your order.
