Including a screenshot, if possible, will greatly assist us in identifying and resolving the problem promptly.

  2. Check Discount Codes: If you're using a discount code, ensure that it's valid for the product you're attempting to purchase. Please note that certain promotions may have restrictions. For example, our discount codes may not be applicable to specific bundles, such as our post-partum bundles featuring a Perifit Pump and Perifit Care.

  3. Order Confirmation: Haven't received an order confirmation email? First, take a quick look in your spam or junk folder. Sometimes our emails end up there. If you still can't locate it, no worries! Reach out to us with your name, surname, and email address, and we'll be happy to assist you. While you're waiting for a response, you can also check your bank account to verify if the transaction has been processed.
