Overview
When a customer purchases a Multipass (a prepaid package of visits), you use the Scanner app to add the purchased visits to their card and deduct visits each time they come in. If your card is configured to award bonus points for each redeemed visit, you can also redeem those points from the scanner.
Finding the customer
Option 1: Scan the card
Open the Scanner app and tap Scan.
Grant camera access if prompted.
Point your camera at the customer's QR code or barcode.
Option 2: Search for the customer
Tap Search Customers on the home screen.
Search by name, phone number, email, or card serial number.
Select the correct customer and card from the results.
After scanning or finding the customer, their Multipass card details are displayed — including available visits, available points, last accrual date, and card serial number.
Adding visits
When a customer purchases a package of visits, you need to add those visits to their card.
Tap the Add tab.
Use the +/− buttons to set the number of visits to add.
Tap Add Visits.
The Successful Transaction screen appears. Tap Done.
Important: Visits must be added after the customer has installed the card. Add as many visits as the customer has paid for.
Redeeming visits
Each time the customer uses a visit, deduct it from their card.
Scan or search for the customer's card.
Use the +/− buttons to set the number of visits to redeem.
Tap Redeem Visits.
Optionally, leave an internal comment on the transaction.
The Successful Transaction screen appears. Tap Done.
For example, if a customer has 12 available visits and you redeem 1, they'll have 11 remaining. If your card awards 20 points per redeemed visit, their points balance will increase to 20 after that first redemption.
Redeeming bonus points
If your Multipass card is configured to award points for each redeemed visit, customers accumulate points over time that can be redeemed for discounts or services.
Scan or search for the customer's card.
Tap the Points tab.
Use the +/− buttons to set the number of points to redeem.
Tap Redeem Points.
The Successful Transaction screen appears. Tap Done.
For example, if a customer has redeemed 2 visits at 20 points each, they'll have 40 available points. Redeeming 20 points brings their balance down to 20.
Viewing customer information
Below the transaction buttons, the scanner displays the customer's current card information, including:
Customer details (name, phone, email — as provided during card installation)
Available visits
Used visits

Last accrual date

Card installation date
The exact fields displayed may vary depending on your card configuration.
FAQs
When should I add visits to a customer's card?
Add visits after the customer has installed the card and paid for their package. For example, if a customer buys 10 yoga classes, add 10 visits to their card.
How do bonus points work on a Multipass card?
If your card is configured to award points per visit, the customer earns points each time a visit is redeemed. For example, if you set 20 points per visit and the customer redeems 5 visits, they'll have 100 points. These points can be redeemed for rewards or discounts that you define.
Can I add visits and redeem points in the same session?
Yes. After scanning the card, you can switch between the visits and points tabs to perform both actions.
Can I leave a note on a transaction?
Yes. When redeeming visits, you can leave an internal comment (e.g., "Attended morning yoga class"). This comment is only visible to you and your staff.
