How to send to a segment

  1. Click Mailings in the left-hand menu, then click the Send Push tab at the top.

  2. Select the card template from the Card dropdown.

  3. Click Selected Segment.

  4. Define your segment using three filters:

    • Condition β€” Choose what to filter by (current number of uses, unused rewards, or number of stamps)

    • Operator β€” Choose the comparison (e.g., equal to, greater than, less than)

    • Count β€” Enter the value for the condition

  5. Check the number of matching customers displayed below the filters to confirm your audience size.

  6. Enter your message in the Message textbox. Click the emoji icon to add emojis.

  7. Click Send.

  8. Review the confirmation popup and click Send to confirm.

For example, setting the condition to "Number of stamps," the operator to "Equal to," and the count to "4" will send the notification only to customers who have exactly 4 stamps on their card.

Tip: Keep messages under 260 characters and use emojis to increase open rates.

Note: If you want to send to all customers with a specific card instead of a segment, see How to send a push notification to all customers.

FAQs

What conditions can I segment by?

You can filter by current number of uses, unused rewards, and number of stamps. Each condition supports operators like equal to, greater than, and less than.

Can I see how many customers match my segment before sending?

Yes. The number of matching customers is displayed below the filter dropdowns before you send.

Can I combine multiple conditions?

The segment filter uses a single condition per send. For more complex targeting, use the filters and segments in the Customers section to identify your audience, then send push notifications from individual customer profiles.
