How to send a push notification to all customers

Send a push notification to every customer who has a specific loyalty card installed.

How to send to all customers

  1. Click Mailings in the left-hand menu, then click the Send Push tab at the top.

  2. Select the card template from the Card dropdown.

  3. Leave the For All Customers option selected (this is the default).

  4. To send immediately, skip to step 6. To schedule, tick the Schedule checkbox and select a date and time.

  5. Enter your message in the Message textbox. Click the emoji icon to add emojis.

  6. Click Send.

  7. A confirmation popup appears showing the number of customers and the message text. Review and click Send to confirm.

The notification appears in the History log with its creation date and delivery time.

Tip: Keep messages under 260 characters and use emojis to increase open rates.

FAQs

Does "all customers" mean every customer in my account?

No. It means all customers who have the specific card template you selected. If a customer doesn't have that card, they won't receive the notification.

Can I send the same message to customers across multiple card templates?

Not in a single send. You'll need to repeat the process for each card template you want to target.

Can I cancel a scheduled notification after sending?

Yes. Go to the History section and delete the scheduled notification before its delivery time.
