Overview
The next visit reminder is an automated push notification that sends after a set number of days since the customer's last transaction. It's a simple, hands-off way to re-engage customers who haven't visited in a while and keep them coming back.
How to set up the next visit reminder
Click Mailings in the left-hand menu, then click the Push Automation tab.
Select the card template from the Card dropdown.
On the Next Visit Reminder tile, enter your message in the Message field (e.g., "Hey, we haven't seen you in a while! Don't forget to visit us again π").
Set the delay using the Reminder will be sent after field β this is the number of days after the customer's last transaction before the reminder is sent.
The cards this applies to are listed in the Apply to Cards field. You can apply the reminder to one card or all of your cards.
Click Save.
Tip: We recommend applying the next visit reminder to all your loyalty cards so every customer receives a nudge regardless of which card type they have.
Choosing the right delay
The number of days depends on how frequently your customers typically visit.
3β7 days β High-frequency businesses like coffee shops, bakeries, or fast food
14β21 days β Moderate-frequency businesses like salons, gyms, or restaurants
28 days β A good default for most businesses β catches customers before they forget about your loyalty program
You can adjust the delay at any time by editing the field and clicking Save.
Tracking reminder performance
You can track how many customers received the next visit reminder in two places:
Cards section β View delivery statistics per card template
Send Push section β View the history of all automated push notifications, including reminders

When does the countdown start?
The countdown starts from the customer's last transaction (stamp earned, points credited, visit redeemed, etc.). If a customer makes a new transaction, the countdown resets.
Can I set different reminder delays for different cards?
Yes. Each card template has its own next visit reminder configuration. Select the card from the dropdown and set the delay independently.
Will the customer receive the reminder repeatedly?
The reminder is sent once after the configured delay since the last transaction. If the customer doesn't visit and no new transaction occurs, they won't receive another reminder until their next transaction resets the countdown.
Can I see how many customers received the reminder?
Yes. Check the delivery statistics in the Cards section or the Send Push history.
