Overview
The Settings module lets you manage your subscription, personal profile, connected services, and account preferences. You can access it by clicking the Settings icon in the left-hand menu, or by clicking your profile icon in the top-right corner of the dashboard.

Plan
Manage your subscription plan and billing information.
Personal settings
Configure your personal profile details including:
First name, last name, and company name
Email address
Phone number and country
Password
Time zone
Date format (European or US style — this sets the default for card issuing forms)
Profile avatar (displayed in the top-right corner of your dashboard)
Important: You can delete your account from this section, but this action is permanent and cannot be reversed. All data will be lost and cannot be restored.
Integrations
Connect and manage third-party applications and services.
Services
Manage services connected to your account, including Telegram bot, WhatsApp bot, Google Business API, and other connections.

View information about Perkstar.
Webhooks
Configure automated notifications and data transfers to other systems. Use webhooks to send real-time data to external tools when specific events happen (e.g., a customer installs a card or changes RFM segment).
RFM
Customise your RFM analysis settings by adjusting the recency and frequency values to match your business type. See RFM analysis for full details.
Notifications
Enable or disable automated reports, including the weekly statistics report sent every Monday. See Weekly statistics report for details.
How to access your personal settings
You can reach your personal settings in two ways:
Click the Settings icon in the left-hand menu, then select the Personal Settings tab.
Click your profile icon in the top-right corner of the dashboard to go directly to your profile.
FAQs
Can I change my email address?
Yes. Go to Personal Settings and update the email field.
Can I change the date format used on my cards?
Yes. In Personal Settings, switch between European format (day/month/year) and US format (month/day/year). This sets the default for card issuing forms.
What happens if I delete my account?
Account deletion is permanent. All your data — including cards, customers, transaction history, and settings — will be permanently removed and cannot be restored.
Where do I connect services like WhatsApp or Telegram?
Navigate to Settings > Services to connect and manage WhatsApp bot, Telegram bot, Google Business API, and other service integrations.
