Learn which variables you can query through the form block.

In addition to the contact details of your funnel visitors, you can also query additional variables in a form:

  • Phone number (Triggers Lead Event)

  • Email address (Triggers Lead Event)

  • Full name

  • First name

  • Last name

  • Time

  • Dropdown

  • Date (Date Picker)

  • Website (URL)

  • Message (Free text)

  • File upload

  • Street

  • City

  • Postal code

  • Country

  • Custom

  • Checkbox

💡 Only email addresses and phone numbers count as Lead Events. This means that only these fields will trigger a lead in the software and your contact is shown in the CRM.

💡 We recommend adding a checkbox element for acknowledging the privacy policy.

How Do I Add a New Form Field?

  1. Go to your funnel
    ​

  2. Add a "Form" block
    ​

  3. Click on one of the form fields
    ​

  4. A small popup menu will open next to the field
    ​

  5. Click on "Add Field"
    ​

  6. Select the type of field you want to add from the top left & you're done!
