FAQ’s

Why is it impossible to verify the domain funnel.perspective.co?

Important to know is that a domain can only be verified in one (1) FB Business Manager.

As we offer the domain funnel.perspective.co to all Perspective customers, it is not possible to verify it on Facebook. Please connect your own domain to your Perspective account for an opportunity to verify it in your FB account.

I cannot edit my events although I verified my domain. Why?

As this problem occurred several times in the past, we have contacted the Facebook support team who is currently investigating the issue. Since the domain verification works flawlessly and you can click the "Edit Events" button, this problem appears to be a system error at FB. We’ll let you know more about this as soon as we receive more information form the Facebook team.

In the meantime, we recommend you verify a top level domain or follow Facebook’s own recommendations: creating your ad with a different optimization event.
