How can I upgrade my plan?

Learn how to easily tailor your Perspective plan to fit your needs.

As your need for funnels, features or team functions grows, your plan should be able to keep up. Perspective gives you full flexibility to book exactly the building blocks you need – anytime and tailored to your business.

Step-by-step to upgrade

  1. Click on your account icon in the top right (orange circle )

  2. Click on "Settings"

  3. Scroll down to "Subscription" – here you’ll find an overview of your current plan, including used and available quotas (e.g. funnels, domains, workspaces, contacts – see screenshot)

  4. Click on "Manage plan"

Now the Plan Configurator will open – your upgrade toolbox.

How the Plan Configurator works

With the Plan Configurator, you get a modular building block system that lets you put together your custom plan, fully adapted to your needs – without being tied to rigid package deals.

You can:

  • switch to a higher base plan (e.g. from “Start” to “Grow”)

  • add more quotas (e.g. funnels, domains, workspaces, active contacts)

  • book addons-suites (e.g. feature suites or additional user roles)

  • combine several things at once

For every selection, the system automatically highlights the recommended base plan in purple – this is the plan through which your selected combination of quotas and features is most cost-effective.

At the bottom, you'll see the new plan price in black – always based on your current configuration.


With the small reset button in the top left, you can return to your current setup at any time.

Individual add-ons or full plan upgrade

You can flexibly customize your plan – either by adding specific quotas or feature suites, or by switching to a higher base plan.

When do individual add-ons make sense?
If you only need one specific thing (e.g. Whitelabeling or a few extra funnels), it’s often cheaper to just add that one feature or quota. This way, you tailor your plan without extra features you don’t need – and save money.

When is a full plan upgrade better?
If you need multiple things at once – like more funnels, more active contacts and an add-on like Whitelabeling – a higher base plan is usually the better (and cheaper) choice.

💡 Good to know:
In the Plan Configurator, you'll always automatically see the recommended base plan for your current selection – the one that offers the cheapest price for the combination you've chosen. It’s highlighted in purple as “Recommended” – so you don’t have to calculate anything yourself.

Activation of the new plan

You can choose whether your new plan should become active immediately or at the end of your current billing period.

💡 Important to know:
An upgrade can only take effect immediately if you’re not reducing any part of your current plan.

Examples:

  • You book more funnels → upgrade starts immediately.

  • You book more funnels but fewer domains than before → it’s considered a downgrade and will only be applied at the end of your billing period.

Credit for already paid amounts

If you upgrade during your billing period, any amount already paid will be proportionally credited.
You’ll only pay the difference to the new plan and can start using it right away.
