A downgrade means switching to a more affordable plan with fewer quotas or features – for example, moving from a higher to a smaller base plan or from a yearly billing cycle to a monthly one.

When is it possible to downgrade my subsciption?

You can save your downgrade at any time. However, it will only take effect at the end of your current billing period/the next billing date. This way, you can plan ahead and make changes without affecting your current access right away.

What you should know before downgrading

You can schedule a switch to a smaller plan even if you’re currently using more than the included limits – e.g. funnels, domains, workspaces, active contacts or even specific features.

However: Once your downgrade takes effect, if you're still using more value metrics than your new plan allows or relying on features that are no longer included, certain actions will be blocked and you'll be prompted to adjust.

You will then see popups in the editor that you need to remove certain quotas or features.

What exactly does that mean?

If you're using more value metrics than your plan allows

Value metrics include:

  • Funnels

  • Workspaces

  • Domains

  • Active contacts

  • User roles

In this case, the following happens:

  • You’ll see a popup in the funnel overview telling you exactly which elements you need to remove or reduce.

  • You can still preview your funnels (Funnel Preview).

  • To edit funnels again, you’ll first need to meet the limits defined by your current plan.

If you use features that are not included in your new plan

  • If you click on a funnel that uses such features, a popup will appear telling you which features are affected.

  • As long as these features are active in the funnel, you won’t be able to publish any changes.

  • Once you remove the features, you’ll be able to make and publish changes to your funnel as usual.

💡 Tip:
Check the plan overview in advance to see which limits apply to the new plan, and reduce your usage in time – that way, you remain access to everything in the app.

Step-by-step to downgrade

  1. Click on your account icon in the top right (orange circle)

  2. Go to “Settings”

  3. Scroll down to “Subscription” – here you’ll find an overview of your current plan including used and available quotas (e.g. funnels, domains, workspaces, contacts)

  4. Click on “Manage plan”

  5. The Plan Configurator will open

In the configurator, you can:

  • switch to a smaller base plan

  • remove quotas and add-ons

  • choose your preferred billing cycle (monthly or yearly)

Once you’ve selected your desired plan, it will become active at the next billing date.

⚠️ Important: Please follow the in-app instructions and remove any features or quotas that aren’t included in your new plan in time.
