How to create custom fields in your CRM area

Yes! Custom fields can easily be created, from within a contact's profile card. You can use them to record interview dates, leave comments, link to external resources, or record whatever information you find valuable.

Custom fields you create are valid CRM-wide and not just for the contact it was created on.

The following data types are available for custom fields:

  • Text

  • Select

  • Multi-Select

  • Date

  • Link

  • Email

  • Phone
