What this is
Tap a paddock on the Map to open the paddock sheet. This is the main place to review a paddock’s operational record.

Notes and photo timelines
Use Notes when something is tied to a place on the paddock: weeds, rocks, gates, fences, crop growth, washouts, pests, disease, repairs or follow-up checks.
Add the first photo or note when you create a Note. Open it later and choose Add update or Add photo to build a dated timeline. This is useful for checking whether a weed spray worked, whether a crop patch improved, or whether an issue needs another job.
If the follow-up relates to planned work or a repair, link the observation to the relevant activity or job so the paddock record shows both what was done and what changed afterwards.
How the paddock sheet is organised
The paddock sheet is designed for quick field-level decisions. Use it when you are already thinking about one paddock and want the key records without leaving the map.
Use:
Plan for the current season program, planned activities, recommendations and products.
Soil for the latest soil sites, sample depths and a shortcut into Soil Center.
Yield for paddock yield history and WUE context.
Notes for weeds, rocks, gates, crop issues, photos and follow-up observations.
Livestock for mobs currently linked to the paddock.
History for completed work and older records.
If you need a larger table or deeper comparison, open the relevant centre from More or use the shortcut shown in the tab.
If the wrong paddock opens
Check that you tapped inside the paddock boundary and that the boundary is correct in More -> Farms & Fields. If two paddocks overlap or a boundary is missing, update the field boundary first.
If a tab looks empty, check the selected season in the header. Many plan, activity and yield records are season-specific.
See units of N applied versus planned
Open Map → paddock → Plan → Nutrition, or view nutrition in Plan Studio. Applied shows nutrients from recorded completed work; Planned shows the crop plan. Nitrogen (N) is shown in kg/ha, with total applied kilograms also shown in the paddock view. Check the selected season. Products without nutrient analysis are excluded from applied totals and flagged with a warning.
Chemical tank mixes with Fill Assist
Open Map → paddock → Plan → activity → Fill Assist to calculate tank loads and product quantities for a chemical tank mix. Review the products, rates, water rate and tank size. Fill Assist is a calculator; it does not mark the work done or certify chemical compatibility.
Complete the same job across several paddocks
Complete one checked activity. Phase automatically suggests matching jobs on other paddocks in the same season in Mark same job on other fields?. Review the matches, untick exceptions and choose Mark … other fields done. This lets you complete matching activities together.
