When the customer comes to your shop (during the pick-up time-slot you have indicated) to save your unsold items, he shows you the proof of his order on his phone. What you have to do:

1. Check the order (quantity and basket title) thanks to the SMS or e-mail of confirmation you received, or in the ‘My orders’ section of your professional space.

2. Give him his basket and simply confirm the collection by sliding the orange "Order withdrawn" button on his phone.

There is no payment at the shop💸 , as the user has already purchased his basket directly from the app. You will receive the amount of your basket sales (minus our commission) at the beginning of the following month by bank transfer. So don't forget to update your bank details in your professional space!
