To view the outstanding balances on your gift cards, go to ‘Gift Cards’ in the dashboard and select ‘Statistics’ from the dropdown menu.

Click on ‘Filters’.

From here, you select ‘Outstanding balance’ as a filter type.

You can now see the overall outstanding balance.

To see the outstanding balance for a certain time period, configure the ‘Date range’.

Select specific locations under ‘Shops’ to see the outstanding gift card balance of each of your respective stores or locations.
