Once a form request has been generated, the system will send out an email to the respondent with a unique link so they can access the form. Alternatively, the link can also be copied from the Form Request Overview screen and sent directly to the client.
The respondent can access the form by clicking on the link on their PC/laptop, mobile, or tablet device. The user will initially be navigated to the forms welcome section (should there be one). The main body of the screen shows the various form fields and components, and on the left of the screen is the stepper showing the various sections that make up the form.
Navigating the Form
A user can navigate through the form in two main ways.
Populating the various fields within each section of the form and clicking the "Next" button at the bottom of each section.

Populating the Form
A user can navigate through the various sections and populate all the fields as required. The field options are:
Text - requires the user to simply enter some text.
Email - requires an email address to be entered.
Phone Number - requires a phone number to be entered.
Text Area - larger box allowing for more text input to be entered.
List - allows for answers in a list format.
Address - allows for an address to be entered.
Checkbox - allows the user to select from defined options.
Image Checkbox - allows users to select from defined images.
Radio - allow a user to select one option from a list.
Image Radio - allows users to one option from defined images.
Select Dropdown - dropdown allowing the user to select from multiple options.
Toggle - On/Off style toggle.
Slider - allows a user to select an option from 0-100.
Rating - allows the user to give a start style rating.
Date/Time - allows the user to provide a date/time input.
Date/Time Range - allows the user to input a start/end date/time.
Pinterest - allows the user to input a Pinterest link.
Signature - allows the user to sign off the form.
File Upload - allows the user to upload a file to the form.
Image Stamp & Annotation - allows for the user to upload an image and apply defined stamps to the image.
Multimedia - allows users to upload images/videos and edit them.
Note: The availability of some these options are based on your plan.
Submitting the Form
The final section of the form will be a Review section. This allows the respondent to review all the answers they have provided, and also easily highlights any missed answers. Once the user is happy, they can click the Submit button to submit the form. Should there be any required fields that have not been answered, the system will step the user through those fields allowing them to easily action questions that need answers.
