4. I want to withdraw to an external wallet but accidentally selected "Internal Transfer". What should I do?
Internal Transfer is designed for sending funds to another Pionex user account using their 8-digit Pionex UID — if you see a field asking for an 8-digit number, you have selected the wrong option. Please go back and select On-chain withdrawal instead to withdraw to an external wallet or exchange.

5. Why are some tokens not available for withdrawal?
Certain tokens may not be supported for withdrawal on Pionex due to a variety of factors, including but not limited to regulatory compliance requirements, technical complexity in integrating the token's underlying blockchain, or insufficient trading volume and demand. As a workaround, you may consider converting the unsupported token into a token that Pionex currently supports for withdrawal before proceeding.

If the coin you wish to withdraw is not available in the withdrawal list, it is currently not supported by Pionex for withdrawal. Note that a coin being available for trading (buy/sell) does not necessarily mean it is supported for deposit and withdrawal.
