How to Apply for Pionex Card

Pionex Card is now fully open for applications. Users only need to update the App to the latest version, and can follow the steps below to check and activate:

Step 1: Open the Pionex app, tap [Wallet] on the home page, then switch to the [Card] section.

Step 2: The system will automatically display the card(s) that you are eligible to apply for. Please click [Apply Now] to proceed with the application.

Step 3: Follow the on-screen instructions to enter the required cardholder details, then tap [Next Step].

Step 4: Review the information carefully and tap [Confirm submission] to complete the card application process.

Step 1: Access the Card page
Visit the official Pionex website, click Card, and select [Apply Personal Card].

Step 2: Apply for the card
The system will automatically display the card(s) that you are eligible to apply for. Please click [Apply Now] to proceed with the application.

Step 3: Enter and confirm information
Follow the on-screen instructions to enter the required cardholder information. After confirming that all details are correct, click [Confirm] to complete the application process.

To ensure account security and compliance, applying for the Pionex Card must meet the following conditions:

  1. Complete Level 2 Identity Verification (KYC2)

  2. Account Asset Greater than 100 USDT (This is an eligibility requirement for the card application, not an application fee. Your assets will remain in your account and will not be deducted.)

Q: Is Pionex Card a credit card?

A: No. Pionex Card is a cryptocurrency debit card, not a traditional credit card. Before using, please ensure that funds have been transferred to the card account; otherwise, transactions cannot be made.

Q: Can a virtual card be used to withdraw cash from an ATM?
A: No, it is not supported. The Pionex virtual card does not have ATM withdrawal functionality.

Q: Why can't I apply for a Pionex Card?

1. Pionex account balance is less than 100 USDT

A: Pionex Card has an independent card account. Users need to transfer funds from the primary account to the Card account to make payments or purchases.

Q: Where can the Pionex Card be used?
A: The Pionex Card can be used for purchases at physical stores and online platforms that accept Visa globally. Actual usage depends on local regulations and merchant policies.

Q: Does Pionex Card have a physical card?
A: Unfortunately, we currently only provide a virtual card option. The relevant team is planning to launch a physical card to expand your payment options. Rest assured, once the physical card is available, we will announce it as soon as possible. Q: Can I apply for a Pionex Master Card?

A: Pionex Master Card is only available to users in supported regions. If you see a "Region not supported" message during the application process, it means your current region is not eligible for the Pionex Master Card.
