How to export design assets to PowerPoint from the apps home screen as a user with Read or Write permissions

Save time and jump right into the Elements app. Immediately upon login, non-admin users can access Pitchly Elements from the apps home screen. A fully expanded Elements window will open in a new tab providing access to information stored within your workspace tables that can be quickly applied to your design templates such as tombstones, CVs, and case studies. These elements can then be exported and instantly become available for use across various mediums. This is an ideal approach for any non-admin user who will strictly be exporting using existing data.

Alternatively, non-admin users can also export directly from a table they have been granted access to in a workspace. This may be a preferred approach for users with Write permissions who need to create a new record or update existing records prior to export.

Export from the Apps home screen (non-admins users only):

1.	From the Apps home screen, select the Pitchly Elements app icon
2.	From the Elements window, confirm the correct workspace and table are selected (applicable if you have access to multiple workspaces/tables)
3.	Manually select the records you wish to export Alternatively, select a saved view from the View dropdown or add filter conditions and sorts
4.	Select the desired template from the dropdown
5.	Click Selections and then click Select all in page
6.	Click Export
7.	From the export preview screen, apply the desired export preset to align margins and asset configurations Please Note: A maximum configuration of 20 columns x 20 rows of elements can be exported per page
8.	Select Export and click the download prompt
9.	Apply slide master layout/design or insert directly into an existing deck using the Reuse Slides feature in PowerPoint
