How to download digital assets as images from the expanded Elements window
Digital assets can be downloaded as individual PNG image files from the full screen view of the Elements App. This guide will walk you through the steps to download selected digital assets as images.
Download digital assets as images:
Begin from either the user home screen or a table view.
a. From the user home screen (for non-admin users), open the Elements app and select the desired assets. Skip ahead to step 5 for next steps.
If starting from a table view, first select the records you wish to download, then click the Elements app tile on the right side of the screen.
In the Elements side panel, click the up-arrow icon to expand the application into its own window.
Review your selections to ensure that you have chosen all the desired digital assets.
Once you are satisfied with your selections, click the download button. This action will initiate the download process, packaging your selected assets into a zip file. Each digital asset will be saved as a PNG file.
The zip file containing your images will be downloaded directly to your browser. You can find it in your browser’s download section or in the designated downloads folder on your device.
