How do I deliver revisions to a customer?

We've updated the revisions process in Pixlmob to create a whole new workflow, designed to make customer's revision requests simpler, clearer, and easier for you to complete!

When a customer needs revisions, he will start a revision request within the order and he will be able to:

  • Add requests to the whole service. For example, he might ask that all the files be converted to JPG.

  • Add requests to an individual image.

  • Select multiple images and add the same request to each of those images.

Each image with a request will be notated with an icon that states "Requested Revision."

As a vendor, when you receive those requests, they will show as needing to be resolved.

Click on the request (comment) to expand the image and view it in full screen.

Complete the requests as instructed by the customer. When the revised files are ready to be delivered, click on the image you are updating to upload the revised file. You will automatically be prompted to upload the revised file.

You should then resolve the customer's request by clicking "Resolve."

Once you have completed all of the customer's requests, click "Submit Revisions" in the top right corner.

Important Notes:

  • Do not upload images anywhere other than Pixlmob to deliver revisions.

  • Upload each image as instructed above. It's important to upload the revisions here as it allows the customer to compare your versions to each other. Otherwise, it will appear as though you have not uploaded a revised file.

  • You will need to resolve all of the requests before you are able to submit revisions.

  • You can reply to the customer's request if you need to clarify.
