Your profile is where all your personal information lives in PLAI, in one place.
Tap the Profile tab in the bottom navigation (alongside Home, Schedule, Payments, and Support).
Your profile screen loads with everything organized into sections you can scroll through.
What you'll see
Your profile picture in a large circular frame. If you've earned one, an achievement badge (like a "CLUB LEGEND" ribbon) appears on it.
Your full name, email address, and join date (shown as "Found PLAI on [date]").
Your phone number, date of birth, and gender, each with their own icon.
A medical alert in gold, if you've added one, for example "Allergies, I am allergic to seafood."
A Family Tree card showing your family name and member count. Tap it to view and manage your children's profiles.
A Documents section showing any uploaded files with their type, name, and date, plus a + Add a Document button.
Edit (pencil) and Settings (gear) icons in the top right.
Tap the edit icon to update your details, tap your profile picture for an enlarged view, tap the Family Tree card to manage your children, or tap a document to open it.
FAQ
Why is there no picture in my profile circle?
If you haven't uploaded one, a default avatar placeholder shows instead.
I don't have any medical considerations, why is that section missing?
If nothing's been added, the medical section simply doesn't show, there's no empty placeholder taking up space.
Why is my name cut off?
Very long names (over 30 characters) are truncated with an ellipsis in some views to keep the layout clean.
