Your Wallet is where you keep track of everything related to your PLAI memberships and payments, all in one place.
Getting to your Wallet
Tap the Wallet tab in the bottom navigation. Your dashboard loads with your current membership and payment state.
Your membership cards
You'll see one card for each membership you hold, including any linked children. If you belong to two memberships at the same club, you'll see two separate cards.
Each card shows:
Club name
Member name (yourself or a child)
Plan name
A status badge: Active, Overdue, Off-Season, Trialling, Cancelled, or Expired
Next payment date and amount, where applicable
Note: If a membership has been banned by the club, no card is shown for it at all.
Tap any card to see its full details. Read more in Understanding Your Membership Card Details.
The overdue banner
If any of your memberships have an overdue payment, a red banner appears at the top of your dashboard, above your membership cards.
Important: If you have overdue amounts in more than one currency, you'll see a separate banner for each currency. PLAI never combines different currencies into one total.
Tap the banner to go to your Outstanding Payments screen, where you can settle what's owed.
When nothing is overdue, the banner is simply absent. You will not see a message confirming you're all caught up.
Recent activity and saved cards
Below your membership cards, you'll find:
Recent Activity, showing your latest payments across all your clubs. Tap View All Payments to see your full payment history.
Saved Cards, which takes you to manage the payment cards stored on your account.
If you don't have any memberships yet
If you haven't joined or created a club, your dashboard shows an empty state inviting you to discover clubs or register a membership. No cards, activity, or banners are shown until you have at least one membership.
FAQ
Why don't I see a message telling me I'm all paid up?
PLAI only shows the overdue banner when something needs your attention. If there's nothing overdue, the banner is simply not there, so there's no separate "all clear" message to look for.
One of my membership cards shows an error instead of loading. What should I do?
This can happen if that specific card's data failed to load. Your other cards will still show normally. Try refreshing the Wallet tab, and if the error persists, retry from the card itself.
