This applies to seasonal clubs only. When your current season is ending, a gold Season Transition banner appears on your Admin dashboard prompting you to set up the next one.
Setting up the next season
Tap Set Up Next Season from the banner or from the Memberships & Seasons screen.
Enter a season name, start date, and end date. The end date must be after the start date.
On the Membership Confirmation screen, review the memberships carried over from your current season. Confirm each as-is, edit one, or add a new membership specific to the next season.
Review everything on the final summary screen, then tap Confirm & Publish.
A toast confirms: "Next season is Scheduled 🎉" Members start receiving invites to re-register once the renewal window opens, 30 days before the new season starts.
Note: If you back out partway through, your progress is auto-saved, you can pick up right where you left off.
Editing a published next season
Once your next season is set up, tap into its banner on your Club Page to review or change anything before it goes live:
Edit the name: tap the pencil icon next to it, update, and save.
Edit the dates: tap the pencil icon next to the dates. The end date must still be after the start date.
Edit or add memberships: tap the edit icon on any membership card, or tap Add New Membership to create another.
All changes save immediately and only affect the next season, your current season and its members are unaffected.
Important: Once your next season becomes the current season (its start date arrives), its dates lock and can no longer be edited.
FAQ
Can I have two seasons running at once?
No, a club can only have one active season at a time. Your next season's start date must be after your current season's end date.
What if I don't set up a next season in time?
Your current season simply shows a "Season ended" indicator with a prompt to set up the next one whenever you're ready.
