Your Memberships & Seasons screen (in Your Club screen) shows two settings that shape how your club runs: your operating mode and your join rule. These were set during onboarding, but you can change either one later.
Operating mode: Seasonal or Rolling
Seasonal clubs run on a defined season, with a name, start date, and end date. Memberships expire at season end unless renewed.
Rolling clubs have no season and no end date. Memberships and subscriptions continue indefinitely.
Join rule: Admin Approval or Auto-Approval
Admin Approval Required means every new membership application sits in a pending queue until a Full Admin reviews and approves it. These members also need a specific group placement.
Auto-Approval means members get instant access as soon as they complete the registration form and payment (if any). They're automatically placed in All Members, with no group placement needed.

Can I change these settings myself once my club is running?
Yes, both the operating mode and join rule have edit icons on this screen for Full Admins. Changing your operating mode is a bigger process covered in its own guide; changing the join rule is a quick toggle.
Can I set the join rule differently for different groups?
No, the join rule applies club-wide and isn't configurable per group.
