Calendar Sync automatically adds club events you're attending to your personal calendar, no manual copying required.
Connecting a calendar
From Settings, tap Calendar Sync.
Tap + Connect Your Calendar.
Choose Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook Calendar, or Add Another Calendar.
Complete the sign-in and permission steps for whichever provider you picked.
Once connected, your account appears in Your Connected Calendars, and PLAI starts syncing.
Note: Only events you're marked as attending will sync, invitations you haven't responded to and spectator events don't sync automatically.
Using a calendar not listed
Tap Add Another Calendar.
On the next screen, copy the unique link shown.
In your own calendar app, find its "Subscribe by URL" or "Add by URL" setting and paste the link in.
Your calendar app will periodically check this feed and pull in your attending events automatically, including any changes or cancellations, no PLAI-side action needed after that.
Sync settings
Once a calendar is connected, you'll see:
Master toggle (top right): turns all sync on or off globally without disconnecting anything or losing your settings.
Sync all my club events: on by default, syncs every event you're marked as attending.
Sync past events: off by default. Turning it on retroactively adds historical attending events too, which can be a large one-time sync.
Removing a connected calendar
Tap the trash icon next to a calendar in Your Connected Calendars, then confirm: "Remove [Calendar Name]? Events will no longer sync to this calendar." This only stops syncing, it never deletes anything from your actual calendar app.
FAQ
Does disconnecting a calendar delete events already added to it?
No, it only stops future syncing. Anything already added to your calendar stays there.
What if I turn the master toggle off and back on later?
Everything picks back up exactly where it was, your connections and settings are retained the whole time, nothing needs reconnecting.
Is the calendar link private?
Yes, it's unique to your account. Anyone with the link could subscribe and see your attending events, so treat it like you would any personal link.
Can more than one calendar app use the same link?
Yes, multiple apps can subscribe to the same feed at once, and they'll all get the same events.
Do events for my linked children also sync to my calendar?
Yes! Any events for children linked to your account will also be synced to your calendar, so you can keep track of their upcoming activities all in one place.
What happens if I connect the same Google account twice?
PLAI detects it's already connected and won't create a duplicate entry.
