PLAI clubs have three levels of access. Understanding which one you or someone else holds explains what they'll be able to see and do.
The three levels
Full Admin has complete access to the club: every management tool, every group, billing, and the ability to add or remove other admins. A club always has at least one Full Admin.
Group Admin has access scoped to the specific group or groups they've been assigned to, such as a team or age group. They can't see or manage groups outside their own.
Member has no management access. They can view and take part in the club, but won't see an Admin tab at all.
Note: Role labels like "Treasurer" or "Lead Coach" are informational only. They help everyone understand who does what, but they don't change what a Full Admin or Group Admin can actually access. All Full Admins have identical permissions regardless of label.
A few protections built in
Nobody can remove themselves from being a Full Admin if they are the only Full Admin.
A club can never be left with zero Full Admins, the last one can't be removed.
Children (child accounts) can't be made Full Admins or Group Admins.
The same person can be a Full Admin of more than one club at once, with no conflict.
FAQ
If I'm promoted from Group Admin to Full Admin, do I lose my group scope?
No, it works the other way. Your Group Admin role is replaced by full club-wide access, so you gain more, not less.
Does a role label like "Treasurer" give me extra permissions?
No. It's purely descriptive for your team's benefit. Permissions come from being a Full Admin or Group Admin, not from the label attached.
