Delegating club management starts from the member's own profile.
Assigning a new admin role
Open the member's profile and tap the three-dot menu (⋮).
Select Assign Admin Role.
A role selection screen opens with two options: Full Admin and Group Admin.
If you pick Group Admin, you must also select at least one group they'll administer.
Tap Confirm.
The member's role updates immediately, no approval workflow involved, and they gain access to the matching admin functions right away.
Note: A Full Admin has club-wide access, identical to yours. A Group Admin only has admin access within the groups you assign them to.
Editing an existing admin's role
If the member already holds an admin role, the ⋮ menu shows Edit Admin Role instead. The same flow opens with their current role pre-selected, letting you change the role type, adjust their groups, or downgrade them back to a standard member entirely.
Important: Only Full Admins can assign or edit admin roles, Group Admins can't promote anyone. A club must always keep at least one Full Admin, so the last one can't be downgraded until another Full Admin is assigned.
Every role assignment or change is logged for audit purposes.

Can a member hold both Full Admin and Group Admin at the same time?
No, a member holds one admin role level at a time.
What happens if I assign someone to a group that's later deleted?
Their Group Admin role remains, but it's now orphaned, you'll be prompted to reassign or remove it the next time you view their profile.
