Ready to get started? Follow the steps below to create your PLAI account and verify your email address.
Tap Sign Up from the app launch screen.
Enter your first and last name under "What should we call you," then tap Next. You'll see a welcome message using your first name.
Optionally tick the checkbox to opt in to offers and discounts.
Enter your email address and tap Next. A 6-digit verification code will be sent to your inbox.
Enter the code. Once it's verified, the Continue button activates. Tap it to proceed.
Important: Your verification code expires after 10 minutes and can only be used once. You get up to 3 resend requests within that window, with a 60-second cooldown between each.
If you don't receive your code, use the "Didn't receive code?" option for help, or tap Resend.
Note: After 5 failed code attempts, your account locks for 1 hour. If you don't verify at all, your unverified account is automatically deleted after 7 days.
FAQ
What are the rules for my name?
First and last name must each be between 2 and 50 characters, using only letters, spaces, hyphens, and apostrophes.
Can I sign up with an email that's already registered?
No, each email can only be used for one PLAI account. Email matching isn't case-sensitive, so JOHN@email.com and john@email.com are treated as the same address.
What happens if my code doesn't match my email?
You'll see: "This code doesn't match your email. Please request a new one."
What if I already verified this account and try again?
You'll see: "This account is already verified. Redirecting..." and PLAI takes you onward automatically.
