Call Them In is the final step on your onboarding checklist. It stays locked until steps 1 to 5 are complete or skipped, once unlocked, it only takes seconds.
Sharing your club code
Tap Begin on the Call Them In card. An intro screen, "It's Time to Invite Members," opens.
Tap Next to see your club's unique code.
Tap Copy or Share to send it via your device's native share sheet, for example into a WhatsApp group.
Sharing your QR code
From the club code screen, tap Share QR Code.
Tap Download to save the QR code image to your device, or use the native share sheet to send it directly.
Members who scan the QR code or enter the club code are taken straight to your club's registration flow.
Note: Your club code and QR code never expire and encode the same join link, so either works equally well for printed materials or digital sharing.
What happens next
Completing this step marks your onboarding checklist as fully done. The checklist disappears, and you land on your club's mature Admin dashboard with a "Your club is open for business!" celebration banner.
Your club code and QR code remain available afterward too, from your Club Profile or the mature dashboard, so you can keep sharing them at any time.
FAQ
If my club requires admin approval to join, will sharing the code let anyone in automatically?
No. Anyone who uses your code or QR code still goes through your club's join rules. If you set Set the Season to require admin approval, every application still waits for your review.
What if I run out of storage space when downloading the QR code?
PLAI shows a friendly error and prompts you to free up space. Your club code and QR code are still available to view and share in the meantime.
