On your Profile screen, tap the edit (pencil) icon in the top right.
The edit screen opens with every field pre-filled from your existing profile. The screen is scrollable.
Update any of: first name, last name, phone number (with country code selector), date of birth (calendar picker), or gender.
Tap Save.
Once saved, you'll see the confirmation message "Your profile has been updated," and your profile view reflects the new details immediately.
Note: Your email address can't be edited directly here. Changing it requires the email verification flow, see How to Verify Your Email Address.
The Save button starts disabled and only activates once you've actually changed something.
If you tap the back button before saving, you'll see: "Discard changes?" Confirming discards your edits and returns you to your profile unchanged.
FAQ
What happens if I don't change anything and tap Save?
Nothing gets sent, PLAI recognizes there's no actual change and skips the update to avoid an unnecessary request.
Can I change my phone number directly, the same way as my name?
Yes, phone number changes don't require a separate verification flow the way email changes do.
What if I change a field and then change it back to the original value?
The Save button may disable again, since there's no net change for PLAI to save.
